I understand that there is a non refundable deposit that has to be paid upon application approval. Once application has been approved the remainder balance must be paid within 48 hours of approval. If balance is not paid within 48 hours of approval it will be forfeited. V-Marketing does not accept cancellations or rescheduling unless advised by V-Marketing or vendor. Children under the North Carolina Law requirements are not allowed at the event unless there is a permit that can be provided. V-Marketing is not responsible for the vendors equipment. Security for items in your vendor section is solely the responsibility of the vendor. Arriving after setup time has expired V-Marketing has the right to forfeit ones participation.
